Dance Fitness and Fun

Build fitness and strength, improve coordination and balance, learn some new moves for the dance floor, and most of all… have fun!

Get fit and have fun, retro style!

We start the class with moves to warm up your body and get those hips and shoulders groovin’. Then we move into exercises to activate and strengthen your core muscles and mobilise your spine. To finish the class we learn a simple routine to ‘wow’ your friends on the dance floor!

All ages are welcome, but the class is targeted toward over 30’s to provide the opportunity for bodies that may not be a supple as they used to be to dance and move.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes or dance wear and runners or socks on your feet
What to bring: water bottle, towel large enough to lie on
