Pilates Mat Classes

Improve your posture and core strength! Pilates helps improve muscular strength and endurance, balanced postural alignment, core strength, mobility and graceful movement.

Classes are 50 minutes

Monday and Thursday:
5:15 pm and 6:15pm

Friday: 9:15am

About Pilates

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates almost 100 years ago, to help rehabilitate injured WW1 soldiers. It is now widely practiced around the world to help improve muscular strength and endurance, balanced postural alignment, core strength, mobility and graceful movement.

I was originally exposed to Pilates practice as part of my dance training over 30 years ago and have personally reaped the rewards from practicing Pilates on a regular basis. I am passionate about empowering you to take charge of your own health, and practicing Pilates can be a great self care tool to help you enjoy pain-free movement.
