Over the past couple of months, I have worked with a quite a few clients who have been feeling like they’re struggling as their lives head towards some major changes and new beginnings. While this is not unusual for the transition from one year to another it seems a little more common than usual, so I thought I’d share a theory from numerology and Chinese Zodiac that may help to give a different perspective on these changes.
As we move through time, each year carries a distinct energetic theme. In numerology, this is known as the Universal Year, and it reflects the collective lessons, challenges, and opportunities we experience together. The transition from 2025, a Universal 9 Year, into 2026, a Universal 1 Year, marks a powerful turning point.
